I recently ordered a pair of sandals from Shoes International. I received confirmation and an expected date for delivery. I waited for the shoes to arrive - however, after a reasonable time, allowing for longer delivery time due to Covid-19, I had to email to ask when they might arrive. I was told they didn't have my email address. Slightly odd as this was included with order. The colour sandal I requested was now out of stock, so other colours were suggested, which I chose from, and am satisfied with the sandals, although not really my colour preference. Communications with Shoes International were very good, helpful, and the subsequent delivery was easy and prompt. An excellent service apart from the initial problem!
