I don't think I've ever experienced worse service from an online retailer. Bought 2 pairs of jeans, they told me they'd shipped when in fact they hadn't.
I had to do all the running around with their shippers to prove that goods weren't shipped, and eventually raised a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.
A month later they suddenly send me a refund notification, and tell me to wait 10 days. After those 10 days I contact them and they show me a credit notice in their system which "proves" they refunded me, and my order shows in their system as refunded.
Three days later I'm told they're not refunding me because I have raised a dispute through my bank, but my bank says they're waiting on Bestseller, so they haven't credited my account.
It's now SIX WEEKS since I gave this company £56.45 and I doubt if I will ever recover my money.
Only buy from these people if you're prepared to lose whatever money you spend.
