The product I ordered seems good and works well. I felt that the customer service was not that good. The messages I received weren't written very professionally and although I did receive the delivery in time for my daughter's birthday, you could have used this opportunity to create customer loyalty and I would have spread the word of how well you looked after me. As it was I was left with a feeling that I won't rush to use the site again.
