First, NOT 5-day shipping... took almost 10 days for product to arrive. Second, extremely poor customer service: I emailed asking about my order and was given non-descript, short and incomplete answers. I was asked to provide a link or screenshot to the item in question - which I did - and then had to email them again a second time just to get a response. And the reply? Was a copy/paste form letter, rather than addressing any of the issues I contacted them about in the first place. Subpar product, even worse customer service. What a waste of time and money. Obviously, would NOT recommend.
