Love the ballsy long boxer briefs. When I ordered them they were buy 2 get 1 free. This didn’t happen. I had a welcome back coupon for $10 off. I got the $10 off but paid $40 for the two pair that should have been free. I have sent several emails about this issue but no one has responded or credited me for the two free pair. Very disappointed in the customer service. Maybe if they read this review I might get a response. Customer service used to be great at TBO. something isn’t right in your customer Svc Dept. My order number is 206779TBO. HELP ME.
