I am a collector of TBo's rainbow of underwear (size large briefs) and really love their products. Communication and order fulfillment has been, at times, lacking. Customer service says they're a growing company still trying to figure everything out. While that may be true, slow delivery and poor communication are tough to overcome. To be fair, my last couple of orders have been filled quickly and without incident. And I WILL continue to shop with TBo because they may great-looking, comfortable underwear. If they can improve their communications and fulfillment, they'll get 5 Stars from me.
