I received a three pack and a single of their terrific underwear. The 3 pack underwear came and were perfect. The single pair was wrong, it was mislabeled and had a hole in it. I sent a message and am waiting to hear back from them and what we are doing. I’ll let you know if I am satisfied. By the way..this has been the only problem I’ve ever had with them. I have 3 sets of underwear no problems with any of them.
