Ich habe bereits die Knochenbrüche probiert und fand diese sehr gut für Haut und Haare. Wenn es etwas schneller gehen muss, greife ich gerne auf Kollagenpulver zurück. Dabei wollte ich jetzt mal das Kollagenpulver von BROX testen. Leider überzeugt es mich gar nicht. Es löst sich schlecht auf, ist flockig und der Geschmack ist sehr intensiv, so dass ich mich regelrecht überwinden muss es zu trinken. Ich könnte mir auch nicht vorstellen es ins Essen zu mischen, da es aufgrund der Intensität den Geschmack des eigentlichen Essens immer noch dominieren würde.
