The ordering process was simple and much easier now that it can all be done online. Previously, for NDIS participants, you had to send an enquiry telling them what you wanted and there was a bit of back & forth to get the order placed. Now I just selected what I needed, and with all NDIS details in there the order was placed. Saved a lot of time and I know the goods will be here quickly.
