I received a surprise when I received notification from Conni that my son was to receive a mat in a colour which would not suit. I did not know who ordered the mat and Conni gave me a hint that it had been ordered by his NDIS service supplier. Staff members were very friendly and supportive and when I contacted his service provider approval was given to chance both the colour and number of mats. We were were treated with great respect and friendliness.
