The service I have received from the customer service team has been fantastic. I had made an error in the quantity of one of the Connie floor mats I wanted and advised customer service ASAP. I received an immediate phone call, and my order was able to be cancelled, and a refund processed. Whilst I was still on the phone the customer service team member was able to put through my correct order. I was very grateful for this, as it meant I did not have to do another online order. I have received updates on the processing of my order and tracking information. Thank you very much for first-rate service.
