Having just discovered this great product after talking with other friends and family members, it would seem that the product speaks for itself so let me speak for the company. In the short time I have had interaction with them all I can say is 'Wow" the best customer service I have received in a very long time. I rang late in the afternoon to sort out issues I was having creating an account online. The female staff member who answered my call made the whole process effortless. Not only did she organise and fix my issues through their IT department she then proceeded to complete my order over the phone saving me so much time I just didn't have that afternoon. Will be returning and recommending this company to anyone in the future who needs any Conni-type products. Well done Conni!
