I had a bit of difficulty at first because I accidentally set up a normal account instead of an NDIS account. When I contacted Conni, they responded quickly and it was very easy to get this fixed up. I then placed my order and had my plan manager call me the next day regarding the order. That just shows how efficient Conni are!
