Hands down THE BEST customer service I have ever received! I made a mistake with the NDIS order I made for my son. Narelle phoned me promptly after and rectified the mistake and even threw in a little discount to cover the out of pocket cost (I was using consumables funds and was a few dollars shy). Order was posted quickly and I'm already very impressed with the lovely quality of the kids undies. Thank you so much!
