ich bin erst zwei Wochen dabei, aber mir gefällt die Abwechslung und die Übungen. Das Fitnesscenter ist immer dabei alles was man braucht sind die Ringe und eine Möglichkeit diese aufzuhängen. Was ich mir wünschen würde ist etwas mehr Stretching, aber das kann man ja auch selber machen. Ich bin gespannt ob ich wenn Jahresziel von ziehen supersauberen Klimmzügen schaffe. Also ich kann das Ganze bis jetzt empfehlen. Die Customer Journey wie man so schön sagt ist 1A.
