Die Kefirknollen haben sich nach einer Woche eingelebt und sind gewachsen. Heute ist ein Glas kefir mit 3,8% Milch nach einem Tag durch.
Der Geschmack scheint sich auch zu entwickeln.
macht Spass und es geht mir gut mit dem exhten Kefir.
