Der glutenfreie Sauerteigstarter kam sehr schnell bei mir an. Er ist wirklich sehr triebstark. Ich habe damit jetzt schon drei glutenfreie Brote gebacken, die alle gut gelungen sind und hervorragend schmecken. Dabei ist es egal, welches glutenfreie Getreide ich dafür verwende. Eines dieser drei Brote habe ich komplett ohne Stärkemehle gebacken, auch das ist sehr gut aufgegangen.
