I have been a subscriber for about 8 years; it has been great to see the GG's growth and success over time. The tie is excellent quality and has a unique texture.
I got a few order updates that indicated my order was running late/postponed, but these updates were inaccurate. It might be worth looking into the automated notifications you are sending out about orders, because my tie arrived earlier than expected, even though the emails said the order hadn't shipped yet.
