This is what I've just e-mailed to them.... I have received the 3 phones I ordered today - well, actually NO, I haven’t. I ordered 3 UPhones and have received 3 ONE PHONEs instead. (I’ve only opened one but am assuming the others are the same.) These can be bought for half the price I paid for the UPhones so this is what is going to happen: 1. You are going to send me a postage paid return label for all 3 phones. 2. You are going to send me a full and immediate refund of every penny I paid. 3. I am going to start writing reviews now and will do so everyday until I receive the full refund. 4. If I don’t hear from you within 48 hours, I’m going to refer it immediately to my credit card company. And I will update this review every day. I'm usually so careful online but this time didn't stop to read the reviews. How stupid!
