The product was as expected and very competitively priced. The key difference for me was the support I was given from their customers services. My delivery was by courier, I received a spoof txt claiming to be delivering my package. I contacted the customer service and asked for delivery details, they gave me the full details of my delivery and I was able to confirm my txt was indeed a spoof. They also asked me to confirm that my package was delivered in time, which was a nice touch. Great experience
