I wish I had looked through all the negative reviews before we ordered, as poor quality and customer service are just we experienced. We ordered a sprinter van couch, the Princess, last December and it came in March. The quality was marginal, very thin padding and not very comfortable. The seatbelts came with it but had to be attached separately to the van itself. The seat is flimsy and obviously could not support 3 or even 2 people in a crash. So the problem is the seat is not DOT certified, as it says on the website, and multiple calls to the shop4seats went unanswered. We cannot use the seat as it would not pass DOT inspection. We are disputing this through our credit card company as the shop4seats refuses to address this issue. I would use another company for RV seats
