If I could have reviewed it hour even one star I would. These people completely rip you off so beware, I purchased a Bosch hand blender beaker, when it arrived it did not resemble the photo in any way was a very cheap and much smaller alternative. Cannot contact them as they won’t reply hence will not send a returns label or refund.
