Oh dear I wish I’d read the reviews before buying from Shop4spares. I wouldn’t have bothered. Now I’m just another in a long line of dissatisfied customers. The oven shelf was supposed to be the right one for the model of my Miele oven but it didn’t fit. I sent it back but didn’t get a refund. I sent the proof of posting to both Shop4 spares and EBay but got no response from either. I paid Evri for the privilege of sending it back too!
