I am very disappointed with the service and the lack of replies to my emails!
I have had good service from you in the past, but on this occasion please note the following:-
1. I have not received any whisky from you at all, although I have paid £74 on March 5th!
2. I was unable to purchase the two whiskies that were advertised.
3. The delay has meant that I have missed the birthday that it was meant for.
It seems incredible that you could ask for feedback when I neither have received my order, or have been recompensed for it.
I was so happy last time that I recommended you to many of my friends and relatives at my son's wedding. Now, that feeling has disipated.
I hope to receive the Glendullan from you, and the remainder refunded.
