The service provided by shop 4 whisky was OK but unfortunately Parcel Force let them down. I was notified of despatch on the 18/10 but still no delivery and the last update on the parcel force website was delivered to depot on 21.10. No updates what so ever today so have no idea when the delivery will be made. Not very good considering that the order was now placed 1 week ago!
