We purchased an electric oil diffuser which had the incorrect power lead, that connects via a USB lead. After contacting customer services via email, as this is the only way to contact them we recieved after a weeks a reply stating the box must have been tampered with, even though the boxed was sealed... No solution offered. A return email from us asking again, we had another reply over a week later saying it was an old model and we no longer carry stock, signed Best Regards Rita. Again no solution. Our return email is that they send a lead or replace the unit before further action is taken. I would be very careful buying from this rogue company. They take your money and sell defective old models with no comeback. Should have realised with their website having no address, it's must be a scam.
