I ordered 2 lbs. heat transfer vinyl scrap. My poor rating is that both packages were the very exact same. I would have thought that the person pulling the order would have thought the order should have been different vinyl in each package. I don’t know about scrap vinyl or how it works but I’m sure you have an answer. Just would have been nice to have gotten more of a variety. I feel bad in writing but as an owner of a business also I would want to know how the customer feels. Hope this helps with future orders and maybe employee training. As far as delivery time, there was no specific time. The post delivered the package and it was rolled up (ha) in my mailbox, even though you placed “do not bend sticker on it”.
