Bought a few times of this maeco reseller, the last time they sent a dehumidifier which was a customer return used in a moldy environment which triggered severe asthma and allergies in my daughter which took longer than 24 hours to link to dehumidifier but it clearly is responsible! I had missed the return period as I was remediating and cleaning up house to use dehumidifier. The dehumidifier blew out mold spores and contaminated everything. Receptionist admitted they sell returns on if in working order and look new. Mine came with filter attached when contacted maeco say they should not and as it was a customer return the reseller should exchange despite being out of 14 day return period. The reseller showed no empathy or appreciation of being a repeat customer and are refusing to exchange despite sending a used contaminated unit. Poor service all around.
