I upgraded from a 13 pro max I had gotten from T mobile last year and the cashier (Jessica) at the Beverly Hills location was so helpful in assisting me with my purchase. When I got home, I plugged the phone up, updated it and connected to my esim. Everything works great. 100% battery. I was so surprised to see this store was legit. I highly recommend shopping here.
