I was absolutely devastated when I placed my wholesale order with Shopiosx and they charged me $300 extra for shipping. It felt like a scam and I was left feeling angry and confused as to why this happened. I have been waiting for the shipping department to respond for a week now, but it seems like no one is taking responsibility. Overall, it's been a very sad experience. Even more so because I spoke to a customer service agent before I placed my order and they reassured me that if my order was under 399.9 lbs I would not be charged extra My order was 399.89 lbs
