had a bad experience with Shopiosx. I purchased an item from their Menlo Park location and was charged an extra $15 for pickup fees. On top of that, I had to drive for an hour to get the item. The customer service staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to help me. This definitely needs to be improved upon in order for customers to have a better experience with Shopiosx.
