though the store near me never has the iPhones I wanted, I had to contact their team & they were able to place an order online and ship it to me for a reasonable extra fee. The best part was when I saw a review that they were missing their case, Jessica from customer service immediately refunded Me for the missing case and provided a store credit for $50. Great service from start to finish!
