I had a great experience with shopiosx's customer service when my Ryze Tech Tello drone arrived damaged. Jessica, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and understanding. She promptly provided me with a return label and even offered a $50 gift card as compensation for the inconvenience. What surprised me even more was that they went above and beyond by sending me a DJI drone as a replacement - the DJI Mini 3 Pro, which my son absolutely loves! The new drone works perfectly, and we also purchased a fly more kit to enhance our flying experience. I am extremely grateful for their exceptional customer service and would definitely give them 5 stars.
