my TV took 5 days to ship, it arrived yesterday and was in perfect condition. They said it was used with light scratches on the website, there were no scratches whatsoever on mine - it looked brand new. For a used TV, which I got at a discounted price of $200 including shipping, it's definitely a good deal.
