the phone 11 arrived with a small crack, I was relieved to find that everything else worked perfectly fine. The shipping process was smooth, although there was an additional $7 charge for DHL EXPRESS MAX. Despite this extra cost, the package arrived at my doorstep in Chicago just three days later. Considering the minor issue with the cracked screen, I would give my experience a solid 4-star rating.
