10 STARS! I just had the most amazing shopping experience, and I hate shopping, especially bra shopping. My fiancé made a bra fitting appointment and drove me to the boutique. I was hesitant to go inside, and have another meltdown in the fitting room. Nothing ever fits me. Well, nothing pretty and comfortable fits me. Labella’s website had a lot of pretty sexy lingerie, that he was excited about☺️. I was certain none of them would fit. But my fiancé was determined. He bribed me with chicken gyros. Athena chicken is literally next door. All I had to do was go inside and try some bras. Fine, I said. 😒This man was trying really hard, bless his heart. So, I give in, go inside, and prepare myself for another horrible shopping experience. Looking forward to chicken gyros. Inside the boutique, I am greated by this serene woman, floating amongst the sea of lingerie. The sheer volume and variety of product was impressive😲. The atmosphere was peaceful, tranquil and relaxed. I was the only customer inside the store. I was welcomed inside the fitting room. Unrushed 1-on-1 service, beverages, music of my choice, witty and fun chat while she takes time to listen to my needs and wants. Her unprecedented customer service and knowledge comes through when it comes to lingerie. IRYNA IS A BRA GODDESS. Over the course of only a short amount of time she became my friend. She went above and beyond in every aspect. Iryna was there to boost my confidence, to hold my hand. She answered every question I had, even the stupid ones. I learned more about bras, about myself, and about life, than I have ever imagined, especially from a bra fitting in Maitland. She’s honest and she’s good. Really good. And I know some of the stuff she did was not in her job description, but maybe that’s exactly what a private boutique experience feels like.
