Ordered swimsuit for my wife - it never arrived. I was told they couldn’t deliver to my house and tried multiple times. They checked address to make sure it was correct. Couldn’t deliver for whatever reason. So they refunded money except they shorted me. What was their response? A discount on a future order. I asked them why I would order something else that they can’t deliver and then short me my refund. They haven’t responded. The reason they originally said they couldn’t deliver because someone has to sign for it. Why on earth would someone need to sign for a swimsuit. Only problem with this - the 3 times they said they attempted we were all three times. They left the note in our mailbox on our street. We get multiple shipments and have never had a problem. So I went to tons of trouble to lose money and get a discount code to order something they won’t deliver. Stay away - terrible customer service
