Returned a dress & PourMoi are saying they have no knowledge of the return.
I did it in my account online. I remember doing it.
After discussing it with customer service I've also been mysteriously locked out my account. I've tried password re-set & I'm not getting the email to able me to get back in - Which speaks volumes. Clearly there's an issue with my account and they owe me £30 for a dress I have returned. I feel like I've been scammed.
