We bought a centre table from @shopps.in three months ago..the product delivered was of poor quality with sub standard cracked finish and the table top marble slab looked no where close to the picture shown on their site..the company rep, Vijay, said the website picture is photoshopped to give a better finish and accepted the poor quality on pictures being shared with him and sent us a replacement top which too was delivered broken in two pieces..the opening video of the broken slab was shared with Vijay who said that their marble top delivery vendor will call me and replace it and take back the earlier slab to which we agreed.for the last one month no vendor has called us and mr Vijay has stopped taking our calls or replying to our watsapp msgs..he denied to share the contact details with me of the management of the company too.. We feel really cheated by this company and would like to share our ordeal dealing with shopps.in so that more of us don’t get harassed by such kind of online players who accept that they show a photoshopped product to sell and deliver a sub standard product..very poor management and leaders running this company I must say...
