My wife sent a message this morning regarding how to get her money back after cancelling a refund. She is dyslexic and needs support in reading information, particularly when there is a vast amount of it. As there was no one to support her at that moment in time, she found it easier to send a message via Facebook to get more direct information. She received a rude and sarcastic reply back from an unnamed person via messenger. Once she showed it to me I replied on her behalf and received an even nastier reply back. This caused her massive upset as she shouldn’t need to explain her situation to complete strangers just to get some help. Her original message was perfectly polite and a great task for her to compose in the first place.
In a world where we are asking for people to “be kind,” this employee clearly couldn’t care less about.
