I mistakenly put "women's" instead of "men's" when I ordered BLACK socks recently online. As soon as a reply came back showing the order, I realised my mistake & IMMEDIATELY wrote (online) to correct my error, I got no reply after a few days so I wrote again (same email address as my order). No reply. Then weeks later a parcel came with WHITE WOMEN'S socks. I then wrote again, to this date I have NO reply. I would hardly order anything from you again or recommend you to anyone else.
