My 90 yr old Nan loves the underwear I bought for her a couple of years ago. They took MONTHS to arrive and when I finally managed to get a response they sent them in just a few days. I stupidly ordered from them again as my nan requested the same ones. I ordered in FEB 2024. They should have taken 7-10days to ship and I have yet to receive them. It’s now AUGUST! They have kept my money and not produced and sent what I ordered. I don’t even know what to do anymore because their email bounces back as undelivered and they have no phone number. Their Facebook and instagram have ignored my message. I just can’t believe that this company is able to do this. It’s so frustrating because the products are expensive and they are taking advantage of people and their vulnerabilities. It makes me so angry! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
