Nowhere on Shore's website does it explicitly state that return postage must be paid for - only to " take the return parcel to your local Post Office and get your receipt of postage", which is incredibly (and no doubt, deliberately) misleading by omission. Though Customer Services responded to my complaint, they didn't attempt to apologise for the lack of clarity regarding the returns process on either their site or Returns Form, which has left me unnecessarily out of pocket and hugely dissatisfied with their service.
