Absolutely terrible company. Just search them on google and you will see they have 20 complaints filed against them at the Better Business Bureau (https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/los-angeles/profile/dvd-sales/shout-factory-1216-1003891/complaints).
Bad company, no communication, and they are dishonest.
