I have been ordering from Shout Factory since they began their horror/cult film label, Scream Factory. I am an avid horror film collector and it brings me so much joy to see many classic films get the collector's treatment they deserve. They always do a fantastic job with their releases, normally giving older films a much needed HD upgrade, going above and beyond to get new features for beloved films, and giving fans the option to use new custom collectible art or the original theatrical art. I always order direct from Shout so I can expand my collection of posters on my walls. I have never had any issues ordering from Shout. They have adopted a few different methods of purchasing throughout the years although it seems they have settled now with the current system. If I had any complaints, it would be the cost of shipping. However, this does not feel valid enough to lower my rating as my orders are ALWAYS received within days of being shipped, and I often place one large order each time so I can save on buying multiple preorders. All in all, I will continue being a loyal Shout customer as long as they keep delivering such awesome quality products and service!
