I have tried to contact this company various times via live chat and emails! They have been just taking direct debits out my account every single day! I’m absolutely disgusted with their level of customer service!
They never respond! I have been overcharged so much in the last month or so. Everything was fine until recently! I really don’t know what’s happened!
