It's a real pity that I cant give zero stars. I sold an item whilst in COVID isolation and there was a delay in sending the item. I finally sent the item with tracking by Hermes. Shpock cancelled the deal the next day. They refunded the seller, blocked my ability to contact them and the seller received the item. So I've lost a brand new hoodie, the £30 I'd sold it for and they have basically said there nothing I can do. Absolute shambles of a market place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
