Wish I'd read these reviews before using Shpock - I didn't realise it was as a scam :( I purchased something & paid extra for buyer's protection as Shpock said they would cover any issues within 7 days of shipping, however I reported an issue with the product which I received after 2 days and they are refusing to cover it. And they are also refusing to refund the buyer's protection fee which is only a small charge but considering they didn't offer any service for it not sure why I should have to pay it! I guess if they steal a few quid off every customer they make money that way. It means I have to deal with the seller directly but for all I know they could be a scammer too so I'm a bit stuck. I reported Shpock to Resolver on Friday and from today (Monday) they are no longer accepting Resolver cases so something very dodgy has happened over the weekend! Hopefully they'll be shut down soon so no one else gets conned.
