I was sold an item that was not fit for purpose. I received replies from the seller apologising for the 'error' and agreeing to make right (in my opinion admitting fault), I posted photos of the issue - this was all within the Schpock website. After a few weeks of excuse after excuse the seller just started ignoring me. I reported to Schpock for them to see and they just posted a message in the chat between seller and I instructing us to find a resolution and wiped their hands clean of it. The seller continued to ignore and every time I tried to report this to Schpock a pop up would appear saying I had already reported the issue. Completely let down by seller and Schpock, in fact Schpock were responding exactly the same as the fraudulent seller - ignoring me! Never saw my money again and have requested for my account to be deleted.
