Customer service is no existent on this site, one instance, they should not be allowing reptiles for sale, it is even stated on their help page, as a forbidden item!!!
They allow certain species of tortoises on here for sale, without their appropriate CITES paperwork, which is 100% ILLEGAL!😤
They need to stick to the rules.........or be shut down.
